What's the best way to create a state directory for different business categories?

1. Normal web site creation
2. Directory software
3. Use of scripts

its the only way, directory software to make things fully automated not only for you but for any business/site submissions either paid or free listing

Get an XML feed from existing directories and filter by state. Our site does this and pays per click. There are two others I can think of too. Minimal upkeep and good revenue if you have decent traffic.

Thanks, any recommendations for software or scripts that would do the job, preferably customizable?

I looked under directory creation at:
[hotscripts.com...]

but no idea of what is best.
