When you guys are setting up keywords for each page, do you use commas between each word?

I read on some site that commas should not be used. Any thoughts?

Thanks.

I've always used commas in mine. Commas are good for helping me break up my keywords into keyword phrases. Then I don't have to guess what I was trying to target.

There are a ton of threads about this topic. Generally you'll find that a Google [google.com] search of WebmasterWorld will yield better results.

I have always used commas and spaces in the meta keywords tag. To be honest I don't think that it really matters.

I believe it is more a matter of good clean practice rather than making much a real difference.
My first resource site has so appalling hand coded html which I am gradually sorting out - many of those pages are ranking G#1 despite the source code looking like a train wreck.

Content and links seem to be all the really matters

I've always used commas. It helps sort things out and let the engines know for sure what I'm targeting. And, as mentioned above, it's just good clean coding.
