It seems that pop-up advertisers are getting smarter. I just visited a site that didn't allow Google's toolbar to load until AFTER I closed their pop-up window, which was set 3/4 of the way off the screen, so I had to move it to close it. Things like that really make me mad.

So anyway, how do they do that, and how can I stop them from controling my Google Toolbar?

I don't see how that is possible, SEOMike.

Sticky me the site please.

Thanks to Robnio who took a look at this issue via sticky. Looks like my toolbar is a little screwy, or it's integration with my non IE browser may be causing it.
