As an adjuvant add cost of electric etc...

Where I live ..your idea would be illegal ..price comparitive advertising is illegal in on the web ..on Tv ..in Print ..whatever..the telecoms do it and have done so since a couple of years now ..so do a couple of really big chain store groups ...but it's still illegal ..
