How to get rid of Locate Link Browser box

Opening when link from email , very irritating

Hope someone can help with this

When running Mozilla browser and Outlook, and click a hyperlink in an email, I connect with the website no problem, but a hitchhiker also comes up behind the site: the Locate Link Browser box. This only happens with Mozilla, not IE.

Any idea what is happening here? Any help with getting rid of the Locate Link Browser box?
