Site creation software required

needs to be able to generate static HTML

I need a piece of software that allows me to generate a static HTML page from a spread sheet with all teh information.

Eg the Picture url, descriptions etc etc.

A Slidshow generator would I gues be enough but I dont know of any that would let me have control at the level I would like.

Any ideas?

Use any avaiable scripting language like PHP, Perl, Pythoon, ASP

I believe you will not get a script that suits your needs. You can ask someone to do that script for you.
