I have a simple cuestion: in which countries is legal use dialers?

Britain has just announced that it will be made much harder to operate dialer ( as in auto installed dial back to premium service ) ..that also depends on what you mean by dialers ...?
"War dialer" ..term for tool used by hackers and auto tele sales etc ....also known as ".........box" etc etc etc ...?

Hi,

The bussines model is sms. When the user acept the conditions, and go to the website, the can sent all the sms than they want (but paying), and this is the problem. A lot of people acept without knowing is paying. At the moment I know is legal in Latinamerica and it was legal in Spain until 1 Agost. What about the rest of the countries?

In that case I think that it is legal in France ..where I am...at least every TV game show and it's website seems to be using it ....and every competition etc etc etc ..
