Hi peeps,

This is a shot in the dark really and I was hoping someone could offer some advice. What I wanna do is run my web site from my machine in my room - i.e. run my own server, so people visint my url will actually connect to my computer. When I go to uni it's going to be permanently connected to the internet, so that's no problem.

So people, advice please..... hardward, software, anything! nice one!

Oh, I thought I'd explain what computer I have.....

Athlon 550, 768MB RAM, 20Gig Hard Drive, Running Windows ME and (so I can look at my site on my puta) FoxServ server (using Apache).

It will be connected through a T1 line.
