Yesterday sent a newsletter to 750 users using a email list management software. Appeared as blacklisted in blacklisted.us

How do I send my newsletter without problems?

Each ISP has their own set of rules/filtering parameters. You can set up ISP partnerships, but for 750, its probably not worth it.

5 to 10 seem in most cases OK

could you split your list in chunks of 10 addresses
and then send 75 groups instead of a 750 bulk

even better if you can set up some form of cron job
ex: 10 @6.30 ....10 @ 6.32 etc... so it will be fully running on auto and only $content will need to be changed

Actually it is a good question how to do it and not being considered as a spammer?

we use constant contact with their double optin feature enabled. haven't had a single report of spam since then. the numbers you are talking about the service isn't especially expensive either.

I used mail list king professional (thought that was the right tool)

Selected: Use MLK's internal SMTP Server (direct sending)
use the following DNS server : ****
number of simultaneous connections 30

My list was of 750 users, and my ISP didn't complain, even my hosting either but all my accounts stopped work due to a blacklisted.us addition in it's list...

I don't understand...
If I use a mail server in my own machine, can I bother someone?

it's not about the precise mechanism you use to email people, it is whether the people you email consider what they are being sent to be spam. have the receivers of the emails opted in to receive the emails?

It might be that your domain name has been spoofed by genuine spammers. There's nothing really that you can do if people are taken in by the spoofed address and report you as a spammer - except take whatever action after the event to have yourself removed.

If there was a way to put the e-mail address of the recipient into the subject line, there might be less change of tripping a filter, since each e-mail is different.

That is possible, there are many ways you can make each email different using scripting. (recipients email, name or even random letters/numbers). You could simply use a varible within the subject line that calls either the email address or the name. But there are also many reasons why your mail might be blocked.
I dont think you would need to worry about making emails unique unless you are sending alot, though it surely wouldnt hurt.
If you do not want to be blacklisted then ensure you have a double opt-in list, this wont protect you 100 percent since the fact you go about things in the right manner is no insurance against someone reporting you as a spammer but atleast you can defend your self to the "spam cops" and also stand less chance of being reported in the first place, since there is less chance of getting fake addresses and uninterested parties and more chance people will remember signing up and not be offended when they recieve your spa.. i mean email ;-)

Ok, so what's the safest way to send a newsletter to 1000 people that sent you email before asking for your products.

The program I use mail list king have 2 sending options:

1)"Use mlk internal smtp server" (which uses a dns)
2) "Use SMTP to send via your ISP's mail server"

and 3) "Send separate message to each user using to field"
or 4)add multiple adresses using the field BCC (you can set the amount form 1 to 100)

Will my isp bother if I use option 1)?
Will someone bother if I use option 2)?
Is there any advantage of using option 3 instead 4?
