PowWeb webhost. Any experience?

Are they OK or should I forget all about them?

I found this host called PowWeb (www.powweb.com), and I think their offer is OK.
Are they as goo as they appear to be?

I've not talked to anyone who has used them. They certainly have been putting on an advertising storm.

I moved my site there 6 months ago. About the same time Hypermart raised it's rates and lowered it's data transfer limits on everyone, Powweb was stampeeded with new accounts and quickly developed a bandwidth issue. They have since moved to a new backbone connection and are now able to serve very fast.

They offer a complete package at low price, but they do not hold your hand, especially with scripting problems. I'm pleased with them.
