I had them forward these 2 bounced emails to me, so I know there email works fine.
Both places say that this only happens when sending to my client, and it is on every email that goes to my clients office. (anything that ends in @example.ca)
I was thinking that there is posibly a dns server with there old ip that both of these firms get routed through, but I really have no clue.
The only thing that I can think to try tomorrow is get them to ping the domain tomorrow and see if the correct ip shows up. If it does then I got nothin.
Any other ideas?
