I can't view my site from my company

I recently transferred a customers site to a new hosting company. Everything is fine, except from my customer's computer. As far as a can tell, her machine is the only one that gets a "page can not be found" error. She told me she had the problem awhile ago and she believes that some setting (DNS setting) on her machine was changed. Any thoughts as to what setting she is referring to?

Thanks!

if using IE6 try disable "enable Automatic Image Resizing" found in tools - advance tab

Also, check to make sure that someone has not hard-coded the old host's IP address in the "hosts" file on that machine. Its location varies, but the filename is "hosts" with no extension. If you see a line in there with the site's domain name, just delete the line.

Thanks. I found an entry in the host file with the old IP hard coded. It now works and I look like a hero! Thanks!

Don't you love it when a client has a problem like that, and not only does it turn out that it's not your fault, but you're able to fix it for them anyway? :)
