Wondering if anyone has any experience of HTML Newsletters. Looking to place a simple form on my site which asks for a signup email address. Then I can create HTML emails and send them out.

ANy recommendations?

Welcome to WebmasterWorld, gdawe. If you check hotscripts.com for "mailing list managers", you'll find a plethora of possible solutions.

Yes...

BUT - make sure you check with your host. After my host offered an attractive server upgrade/move, and I migrated all my sites (A LOT of them), I then discovered that the only mailing list solution they allow is the one that's "native" to their servers and which for several reasons doesn't meet my needs.

Installing one which does meet my needs, while a viable option, doesn't actually work because the host limits even opt-in (and DOUBLE opt-in at that!) mails-to-list to THEIR OWN SERVER COMPLEX.

Bad situation....

Howdy,

Constant Contact is easy to use, and free, up to 50 people, then they start charging. You can use a wizard to create the email. You can customize a sign up box on your page.

Just another option.
