Need to record (as in video) how I do something on my PC

I need to record some instructions on how to update /fix my site if something goes wrong and I'm not here. Is there a program that records my full screen with voice as I do and explain it?

Doesn't have to be free. I tried with the webcam, but can't see the URL or other detailed info no matter how I adjust it.

I'm looking at [download.com...] just need some more suggestions.
