I have a site in many languages with about 6000 pages. Is there some tool I could use to get the content into tables to go dynamic? Prefer that to geting my staff to cut and paste.

Not lack of possibility, but lack of detail I think.
Basically, you can use regular expressions and some scripting language assuming that the pages have some sort of similar structure.
