where should i discuss issues related to XML,XSL, XML Schema?

No, but there clearly should be, XML/XSL is after all supposed to be the wave of the future, XML doesn't fit in anywhere on WebmasterWorld in a logical way, often you might find it in php, but that doesn't really make much sense.

Also missing, by the way, is a security issues forum.
