I have had quite a numbers of emails returned to the senders with"
This email was returned to me as undeliverable by your email service because they identified it as spam and blocked it. I am trying it a second time with a personal email account".
I contacted my ISP who tells me that there are no email filters on my account and the problem is nothing to do with them and this couldn't possibly happen. They say I must get the email that was rejected to see what it says. I am unable to do this as the senders say they don't keep copies.

This has only recently started although I have been with my ISP quite some time.
The emails returned are both personal, and, support answers from software companies.

My OS win200pro BrowserIE6.01 using outlook express.

Is my ISP being honest with me and/or what can I do to over come?

I am not aware of personal spam filters, meaning filters or block on the users' end that return the email. Spam usually just gets dumped into the trash bin. My host dumps the spam I receive into a "black hole". The fact that the messages are returned to anyone seems odd to me.
