Anyone have any suggestions on a decent website mapping tool? I want a program to show me a graphical representation of the structure of an existing website.

Maybe this will work for you:

I know you asked for a graphical representation... but this is kind of related:

[home.snafu.de...]

That's a pretty cool little tool that will scan a site and report the structure and any borken links / images. It's got a really simple GUI and not many frills though.

We've got Xenu, thanks.

Jon, thanks for your suggestion, I'll try it out.

Anyone else?

FrontPage has a feature that allows you to view a graphical representation of the linking structure. If you have a copy, fire it up and select hyperlinks from the View menu.

My first thought was Frontpage, but since I lack pageone's stature, didnt want to get laughed off the forum. It works well for this.
