If an email was sent via a subdomain, would spamcop ban the domain too?
e.g. email sent from dave@sub1.mydomain.com
Would spamcop blacklist dave@mydomain.com or just dave@sub1.mydomain.com?

Jon, spamcop don't ban web addresses, they have no facility to do that. They supply a RDNS blacklist that many administrators all over the world uses to ban spam sending ip addresses.
As per the following: http*//www.spamcop.net/fom-serve/cache/88.html
They will only report the spams to your web host and your web host will decide whether you are the one sending out the spams.
