Help with tracing spammer

This spammer has got to be equalized

Please help.
Can someone tell me how to trace this slime.
Most obnoxious spammer trying my patience.
Not bulk spam, specifically targetting me.
I know i can complain to yahoo or go post it on spamcop but was wondering if theres another option.
I'd really like to nail this one.

All you can do is send the emails with full headers to [e-mail] (originating server) and [e-mail], and hope for the best. Mark all messages received as spam in your Yahoo Mail too.

I got a letter from Yahoo regarding a previous spammer and they removed him.I guess unless you file a complaint with the police,mail servers will continue to protect the identity of these slimers.Thats the real rub,no revenge, no justice.AAARGGHH!
