How to disallow one domain from posting images hosted on my site?

I know that .htaccess files can be used to disallow hotlinking except for specific sites that we can select.

My situation though is that a forum has just posted what must have been 30 large images from my fansite.

How can I allow everyone to hotlink my site, except for this forum, and any other site/forum that I find later on to be taking advantage of our bandwidth?

I've tried Google but I can't seem to find anything, maybe because all my searches lead to pages about allowing only specific sites to hotlink images and the others not. I want it the other way around.

Thanks in advance!

I'm pretty sure you can block just the one URL or IP address from hotlinking in the .htacess file

Maybe this link will tell how - [httpd.apache.org...]

Hope that helps.
