I asked this in another place but no response. If you put a video on your website and embed it. Will it save you more bandwidth than letting people download it? If it does, what's the difference? Thanks.

If you want to save bandwidth on a video you think people are going to watch repeatedly, DON'T embed it (so that they can just download it once and play at their leisure).
