I am looking for a broad understanding of web editorial and content processes (budgeting too), and have run across the '.cfm' extension several times.

Could someone please tell me what this is, and/or offer recommendations for information on the subjects I'm researching?

Thank you.

ColdFusion [macromedia.com] is a Macromedia product.

Thanks for the tips regarding extensions...

Is there a philosophy, method, or set of guidelines that you could share or direct me to for my research regarding Web Content, Editorial Strategy, and Budgeting Processes?

Thank you!
