Read the following and imagine the webmaster and IT responsibility......

Synopsis: (this is true) Hospital patients in needs of scan or ultra son readings
possibly do not know that their scans have been sent to a doc residing in Israel to perform the reading – OK I understand that the doc is highly trained and actually knows the US hospital –
But now imagine the possible implications if that one experience was to grow as a new hospital saving trend
Do you want your readings performed by the truckloads and by docs that do not know you and will react as a more or less well oiled machine!
Not to mention possible errors in transfer and hacks

If you think that's bad, take a look at the US government's new plan to share your data, including your credit card info, with europe for "security purposes". Personally, I don't want my CC data going anywhere.

Even expletives would be an understatement!
I knew that Europe what going to share some data with the US
But not up to the point of making almost public a CC
In that range for years I have been advocating a change in CC statement
And how we should pay CC when using check
Did you realize that your CC # is already allover the place: Statement mailed to you and check you are sending back with the removable statement part.

2 ID levels should be implemented one with a secondary ID # reserved for communication, mail, payment etc..
And the real one reserved to only your credit card and for your personal access to own CC data
