Here's my dilemma, I can't view my site, get my mail from the server, ftp, or ping my site. Oddly, what I can do is log on the server with my host account, and, see that there is traffic on my site.

I've checked what I know to check, cleared my browser cache, cleared my cookies, have run Adware, and Norton is checking things for me as I write. There's more to do, and maybe I'll turn something up. This sounds a lot like a local (my machine) problem,

but...

I'm wondering if it's a routing issue that's also affecting other people, and how would I be able to find out? We've noticed the same problem sporadically over last day, but now it looks to be out for the count.

Curiosier and curiosier...

<edited> Can anyone this entry in my firewall logs?
Event: PPTP_Badmagic Intruder: my host name

Looking at this event, it almost appears that I attempted to send a remote reboot to the server. Gee, I hope not!
