site verification and promotion

Is anyone familiar with this company?

I just received an e-mail from a company called Netcheck. From what I can tell, it seems as though they will verify that our company is a real honest to gosh company. In addition, one of their claims is that they can help increase traffic to the site.

I guess I'd like to know if anyone has signed up with this company....and if so, what were the results.
