general contract?

Hi there. I was hoping someone around here would have a copy of their general website proposal contract they could share with me or direct me to somewhere that has an example. I usually don't deal with contracts but I have a new client who is requesting one and I don't want to look inept ;-)

There should be quite a bit here about webmaster contracts (Try Professional Webmaster Business Issues forum or google).

What sort of a contract are you looking at? In these things, I always find that simple is good - i.e., don't delve into techie matters unless requested!
