By making a website selling things that you are passionate about, what is the best way to go about actually selling the product. Would the customer buy it from you, (saying you have a drop/ship agreement with the affiliate? Or can the customer click on the product that he/she wants to buy from you (making it seem he/she is buying it from your website, and it takes the customer to the checkout counter of the actual affiliate website? does the pay per click method work in this case. If the site is well made, well organized, and looks as if they are buying it from you, whats the best way to go? Thanks....Sorry for all the questions.

If I understand your question...

Does PPC work for affiliate sites?

The answer is - do you pay less for the PPC than you make from the affiliate programs.

Example: if you pay $1.00 a click for 100 clicks and make $200 commission for one sale in 100, then you are $100 in profit.
If you pay $1.00 a click for 100 clicks and make $10 commission - then you are in trouble...

I run both drop shipping & affiliate sites and I think they both work well and it really depends how much work you want to invest in building & maintaining the sites

What if I want to make a site that sells, lets say, fragrances. Will affiliation programs let you run a well organized site that has all the fragrances listed, pictures, and when a customer goes to buy it from my website, it takes them say to fragrance world checkout. This way the customer thinks hes buying it from me but it just takes him to the checkout counter of another website. If I do an affiliation website, I would like to run it in a manner like this. I feel if I'm passionate about the product I am selling (which I wont actually have to sell), I could be more successful. Plus it would be more fun to do.
