Good Search Engine / Directory Script

I'm searching for a "directory script" (more then a search engine script), which is e-commerce capable, and allows for users to sign up, and add there site to the directory.

I'm looking for something around the $500 (give or take) price range. If it is capable of doing "cost per click " advertising as well, that would be ideal.

Please sticky me any suggestions, and any advice is appreciated.

Me too! I've been trying to find something like this for a while. I've searched hotscripts, etc. but can't really find anything good.
