Pages won't update right away

I have been using Microsoft Frontpage 2000 for a couple months now. I don't know why it is taking forever now for the pages to update when I publish. If I just change some text and publish, it won't show the change right away. Anybody know why this may be happening?

Thank you.

If I had to guess, I'd say it's due to your browser caching the old page. Next time you publish some changes, try holding down the Shift key and hitting Refresh. See if that shows you the changes right away.

If it's not your browser cache, it might be your ISP.

Awhile back, I had a problem that I could not view my updated pages on any of my sites.

Called my ISP and they checked and there was a large block of ips that the caching proxy was not updating for some reason. They fixed it, and I've had no problems since.
