Hi Zhang. I'm a new member too with the same problem. Not only am I not able to find my site on google but I've never ever been able to see any of the box ads that I pay them for! Since I run my site myself, and don't have any technical experience, this is a big set-back. I've started working on meta tags, but I'm not sure that I understand the process. Any comments and suggestions are more than welcome.

Have you tried just making the search more and more specific until you get there?

I have pages some personal pages on an old site that have few redeeming qualities and are a million years out of date. I don't know why anyone would read them. But if I get specific enough in my query, I can make them come up #1 in Google and believe it or not, sometimes people actually get there with a somewhat less specific query.

You guys can go to Google and Yahoo and do a search on site:www.mydomain.com to see if you are even in their indexes. If not, keep reading here and soak up as much info as possible.

Good luck!

If he has a PR of 6, then he must be in the index.

Zhang- I used SEOMike's trick, and found 274 pages indexed in Google. Your adwords are showing for your keywords, and only the first 2 sites are PR6 (the first one is actually a neighbour- chebucto community net is in my city of Halifax).

You may try to exchange links with some of these sites if you haven't already. Also, try to be more specific about the keywords you are targetting- perhaps building pages for specific KWs.

I'm honestly puzzled that your page isn't in the top 3. How long have you operated the site?
