Ever sence i've re-installed IIS 4.0 and NT Server a couple days ago the webpages that i'm hosting load of very very slow(LIKE TOO SLOW). I'm not sure if this is a IIS problem or a NT problem. Any help would be great

well - it's been loading for about 10 min now and still nothing but a black background. On the other hand a ping and a traceroute both appear fine. Anybody else have any thoughts on some possible server issues?

The pages load just takes along time. We just re-instaleld NT SP6 thinking that might be a problem considering we installed IIS after the SP6 was installed but still no luck.
