Project management software with ticketing & gantt?

How do you keep things flowing smoothly?

My company now has 8 employees (I know that is puny still but, I think it is really cool) and things are starting to get messy and hard to handle. Where I used to cover everything on the internet we now have at least 5 or 6 people actively working on some part of our e-tail site. Part of the problem is that I work remotely from overseas, we have a programmer/sysadmin working in Chicago and an office located in the sticks where everyone else works.

I'm looking for some sort of groupware that will allow us to pass tickets from one person to another and create timelines goals etc... gantt charts are definitely a bonus.

From looking around briefly dotProject seems like one of the better packages available. I'd rather go with something open source, but I would be interested in a proprietary solution too.

What do people here use for ticketing/project management?

Thanks, edit_g! I didn't know I needed this until 3pm today, when 3 of us decided to start a business....
