Please help-

I have a commerce site set up using Site Build It. On my download page i have a pdf file (on SBI's server) that i want to be available for download. right now when i click on that pdf file it just opens the file. How do i make it possible for purchasers to download it onto their computer?

I'm missing something major here!

Thanks-
Evan

Well, you could add a note next to the link that said something like "Right Click to Download," or you could compress it into a zip file...

But when a pdf loads in your browser, it also loads a toolbar with a "save to disk" icon (small floppy disk), so once it loads in the browser, it can be easily saved.

Thanks for replying.

I just figured out that i didn't have the save function enabled on the pdf file compiler's security, so that's why it wouldn't (save as) download.

oops.

Peace
