1. My site went down more than two or three times a month.
2. When you email them or fill out a "support ticket" on their website, they NEVER get back to you.
3. When you try to get your money back (they offer a 30 day money back guarantee), they STILL don't respond to you.
4. They lie. (I paid them about 10 bucks for them to renew my two domain names and they charged me, but my domain names expired. I FINALLY got them to respond to THIS problem and they said that I had to go through the domain name company that I used, but the problem is, I did everything through ICANx the year before with no problems. They tell me that GoDaddy.com handled my domain names. They said that they use an anonymous company. Well, I called GoDaddy.com and they said that there is a contact email for the person who ordered the domain names and that email was domains@icanx.com. yeah, uh, if you don't use GoDaddy.com for domain names, why would they have YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS?)
So, if you want poor customer service and an unreliable hosting company, by all means, choose ICANX.com.
