Hi I have noticed in the last 2 weeks that I'm unable to load a certain site due to Norton Internet Security 2004 blocking the site loading. I have got around it by disabling my Security but I also formatted my computer and reinstalled windows xp and reinstalled Norton Internet Security 2004 and the site still doesn't load unless I disable my Norton Internet Security 2004 so I'm picking that site have updated there site. Is there a solution to this problem?

Kind Regards
Grant

NIS 2004 is very aggressive about blocking advertising, often too aggressive. There's some discussion about it here [webmasterworld.com].

The sites you cannot view are probably displaying some type of ads that NIS dislikes, it's probably working as designed. You can disable/enable the Personal Firewall feature as needed to circumvent this blocking.
