Does anyone have any preferences for software that might be installed on a server to track users movements on a site? This is a new area for me and I'm not sure where to start. Any help would be much appreciated.

I use a software called Absolute Live Support which enables users to chat live with our support desk from any page. It will also track which page the user is on, which I find helpful.
