I'm making site based on an long duration activity.

I'm not going to say what it is, but for example sake lets just say its a site about roadtrips (no its not about roadtrips or travel)

Should I my site's categorie's the site chronologically:

Deciding to roadtrip
Preparing to roadtrip
Doing the roadtrip
After the roadtrip

OR

Should I organize my site's categories more traditionally

Roadtrip Gear
Roadtrip Maps
Roadtrip Cars
Roadtrip Routes
Roadtrip Prices
etc.. etc...

Any suggestions?
