Sitewide Keyword Analysis Tool?

Hi All,

I'm interested in finding a way to automatically profile the keyword percent content of an entire site - something similar to Brett's Keyword Density Analyzer, but for an entire site at once. Does anyone know of a single piece of software that can do this - or maybe a way to do it myself without resorting to plugging every page into the KWDA?

As there doesn't appear to be any SEO benefit to doing this, there are no off the shelf tools to do so. Search engines rank pages not sites.

Maybe some Perl scripting and Brett's tool could do the trick. The problem, as I se it, would be to define "the entire site"
