Streaming Radio

can you record it?

There is a radio show in another city I listen to through the internet. Is there any way to record it to my hard drive? I would need to record it when I am not at my computer, so I would need to set it to record at a certain time of day.
Can anyone point me to a program?
Any tips?

One such program is "Audio Record Wizard".
Search for it on download.com for a demo version. It records your sound card's output onto mp3 files.
