Special (foreign) characters?

Does anyone know where I could find a list of ALL the special characters code numbers, especially foreign language ones?

For example, अ is one of the sanskrit letters.

The "Test pages" contain lists of codes.
Sanskrit is among the Devanagari characters.

If your page contains a lot of foreign characters then consider using an appropriate character set - that way you can minimise the use of character codes.
