We would like to provide an option our users to click on that would
locate the listing on a map. Does anyone know of a reliable, affordable
alternative to mapquest.

Multimap is good.

You can select scale and page via postcode or town name. I think you can save the maps royalty free as well - but don't quote me ;)

Most map apps. do not allow you to select the information
you like displayed. In populated areas, there is too many street names;
I would like to determine x% of street names to appear on a map.
