It may seem like alot of school, but I'm going to 3 majors in 4 years, so my schedule of classes is pretty thick. Thurs, Fri, Saterday nights are time to party... all other times are times to work.
Sometimes I wish I could just work on the site all day, but I got an amazing scholarship from a great school and im trying not to waste it.
wake up: 8:00 am
do some web work as I play with my child before I go to work.
At work, squeeze in emails, some programming here and there. I do some programming at work so I can make it look like i'm actually working on job-related stuff.
Lunch Time: Take laptop to coffee shop, spend hour on sites or meet with clients.
Back to work, squeeze in some more coding and other stuff.
7:00 come home, eat, play with child, watch tv with my laptop on my lap.
9:00 put child to sleep, spend some time with spouse, try to work on another child :)
11:00 spouse is asleep, back to my desk until 2:00am trying hard to catch up, desperately attempting to make it look like i'm not part-time to my clients

Sounds like my evenings too!
I still have a day job, but I spend most of that logged into the home server supporting customers and writing new code. Hope they don't find out.....
Sat/Sun: Core time spent web developing plus golf footie & pub ;)
Oh, and I do eat and sleep from time to time.
I do mostly web development all day at work. I do have some other sites I am (supposed to be) working on in my spare time, mostly personal and for friends/family. They get attention about once every couple of months, if they are lucky!
In the evening, relaxation always wins over more web dev, which usually means TV and alcohol 6-11pm, or if I really feel the urge to sit in front of a computer screen, playing The Sims can while away the hours alarmingly quickly.
Helen.
How on earth do you find the time and energy to solicit clients when working full-time?
I don't really do web design for clients anymore. I developed some web based applications which I sell access to. So all the design is for a few sites, but I sell the service.
I take vacation and sick time to go to shows. It's a nuisance but at least I still have cash flow for now.
Clients and part time don't mix very well

Niche markets and word of mouth - tends to solicit itself ;)
7.00am Check Mail, Affilaite Commission and Sometimes logs.
8.00am - 6.00pm Normal Work - Still check Affiliate Commissions and Logs when I can - On WW a lot (Oops - like now!)
6.00pm - 7.00pm Food and Time with the GF and Cats.
7-00pm - 10.00pm Web Work, answer queries, check WW, Move Cats from lap when trying to work. Really trying not to get distracted with Internet Surfing, TV etc.
After 10pm - Work only if necessary.
Soon I will be leaving my day job though :).
(I charge a commission on the sales of sites so I work quite willingly a lot to the annoyance of friends and g-friend. The more I work, the more I make.
8 am - Wake up, shower, check email and a quick reply.
9 - 10 am - Get driven to work, while working on the way, content, new products etc
10 - 6 - A days work, while doing affiliate stuff, looking up data, checking orders.
6 - 7 pm - Get driven home from work, while working, content, new products etc
7 - 8 pm - Pop in to see Girlfriend, grab tucka then of home to work, normally unti about 2.. This is usually monday to Friday and weekends I work as much as I can.
Mainly because i'v just dropped two days at work to really push my own projects, so im covering my money with the sites I do.
She knows it is for the greater good :).
An understanding partner is always a big bonus :).
If your fiance is hanging around that setup it must be love ;-)
Ah ... to be young and in love ...

Ah ... to be in love ...
On topic: I "work" full time for myself and my hours are similar to you "part-timers" ... except that I never seem to be able to put one over on the boss ... by the way remind me to take names and never ever hire any of you slackers! ;-)
I get home usually spend some time with my girl friend, she falls asleep then I am on my laptop for an hour to two hours either working on private clients, clients from work or my own personal sites.
Saturdays I spend the whole morning (8:30am - 12) on my laptop and the same on sunday mornings, the rest of the day is left for what ever.
