clients additions inlcuding wireless db connect etc..

Well I have no clue yet where to look for!
Facts: New client dynamic website with CMS
PHP and MySQL based running on *nix and RH
Now that the site is 90% achieved they need a MAJOR UPGRADE
Their office PCs runs interbase SQL DB
They would like exploring the following:
Their guys on the road using the new web site would like connecting the interbase DB
Although the site is based on MySQL DB
You won’t believe how much I would have loved knowing about that before

This kind of mixed DB and remote connection is not my cup of tea, and I will involve a third party
However where do we go from there
I need to be able to discuss the project within 48 hours
Any alternative short of canceling night slipping?

Here is the answer (in case anyone has the same problem)

FYI
One needs to purchase a remote access kit (Borland)
And needs to verify that his/her license includes the letter “R” for remote
If no “R” buy a license extension
