Why would someone send a link to web site like this?

I thought MSN did a good job lately in catching spam and I am pretty happy with that. Suddenly I got this message in my inbox and spam filter failed to catch it.

I noticed that this guy is using some kind of redirect. My question is why would someone send a link to his web site like this?

Services like spamcop parse entire spam message besides headers and check domain owners and their hosting companies and send them spam notifications. And since it is not really a link to his site, but link to MSN with a parameter in URL, then it would most likely go through unnoticed. Or at least that is what spammer was thinking. Very clever indeed.
