I'm starting an online business and I wanted to launch this monday but i may hold back in fear of not having the correct terms of agreement on my site. I'm not sure whether or not to see a lawyer, everyone I have talked to said "Well may be able to help" so they do'nt really sound like they know the whole aspect of internet law (if there is a difference)
I wasn't sure if there was some place I could go to find generic terms of agreements or whatever, my site is a membership site for businesses, just do not want to get sued!
any thoughts or comments would be appreciated.
