I was hunting for something like this that would 'validate' the page for accessibility. This was the only one I could find that seemed to be genuine.

I've never used it before, but it seems like another decent indicator of accessibility to be used in conjunction with the WAI/WCAG guidelines and Bobby.
You can, of course, never beat user test by someone with a visual impairment!
