I've had plenty of experience creating webpages in WYSIWYG editors (like Dreamweaver). However, I've never really gone into actual HTML, scripting, CSS, etc., and now I actually need it. Time constraints are somewhat of an issue, so I was curious if anyone knew where I could go to have a simple coding job done? I'd rather not fork out a lot of money to a company, but would prefer to pay an individual via Paypal or something similar..

The layout is already complete and so are all the graphics. The only three main things that I would need are:

1) A news page that uses a news script (such as Coranto). I have a graphical border for the news posts that is tiling, and would like the "news box" to automatically resize based on the size of the news post. I was told that this would need CSS, not too sure about how this would be done.

2) Forums setup (perhaps phpBB?). I could probably figure this one out myself if needed, it doesn't seem that hard.

3) Just the coding of the overall layout too, which shouldn't be that bad, it's not very complicated. I believe item #1 is the hardest on the list.

About how much should this cost me (just the coding of the site)? I've never really dealt with this end of the webpage development, so I really have no clue. Thanks for the help all, I appreciate it.

Hi SunburnDood, you could start by posting a message in the Commercial Exchange forum on this site. I'm sure you'll find some help there. If that fails, try a service like Elance or Creative Moonlighter. You can post the job and get some bids back to see what price range you are in. Just be careful to read where the firms are located if you are looking for a local firm or individual. Good luck!
