I am looking for free message board script similar to UBB
which stores messages in html files and which allows multiple message
boards.
Does anyone know something like that?

I would like to store messages in html files because I would
like to give this content to search engines. I found many
free forum scripts similar to UBB, however they all use calling
cgi script to show messages. But, as I know, search engines don't
like to register the URLs with *.cgi at the end.

This does that. You have to configure a no frames installation, it also allows for keywords and description in topic pages.
