Notify when page changes script?

How to tell when a page changes on another site

I hope this is the right forum to ask this question.

I need a script that will let me know when a number of specific pages on other sites change. I assume that the best way to do this is through some kind of search spider script, but none of the spider scripts I looked at seemed to offer this feature.

Does anyone know of a way to know when a specific page on another website changes?
